Maybeauty is a beauty e-commerce concept focused on conscious skincare and a calm shopping experience. The project explores how visual design can support trust, softness, and clarity in a modern beauty brand. In this project, I worked on the visual and interface design, shaping the overall look and feel of the product pages, catalog, and key UI elements. The goal was to create an interface that feels light, gentle, and intuitive, allowing products to stay in focus while guiding users through the shopping flow without pressure.
Project Task
Design a beauty e-commerce experience that: • highlights product values such as cruelty-free, vegan, and recyclable • presents products clearly and consistently • feels calm, clean, and visually soft • supports easy browsing and confident purchasing • balances aesthetics with usability The interface needed to feel trustworthy and warm, without visual overload or aggressive sales patterns.
Solution
The design is built around softness, balance, and visual comfort. A clean layout and clear hierarchy help users quickly scan product cards, understand pricing, and focus on key actions. Each product block is structured simply, with enough breathing space to avoid clutter and create a relaxed rhythm. Typography was chosen to feel modern and friendly, with smooth shapes and good readability across product names, prices, and buttons. The type supports the beauty context without drawing attention away from the products themselves. The color palette is based on light neutrals combined with soft pink accents. Neutral backgrounds create a calm foundation, while pink highlights are used intentionally for calls to action, adding warmth and subtle emotional emphasis without feeling overwhelming. Rounded cards, gentle shadows, and minimal iconography reinforce the approachable and caring tone of the brand. The result is an interface that feels clean, feminine, and conscious — supporting a pleasant shopping experience and reflecting the values behind the products.

Product catalog
This section displays the range of skincare products in a simple and structured grid. My goal was to make browsing effortless while maintaining a consistent visual rhythm that supports quick scanning and easy decision-making.

Product page
On the product page, I balanced imagery and product details to highlight benefits and key features without overwhelming the user. The layout includes helpful sections such as “Wear it with” recommendations, customer reviews, ingredient lists, and detailed descriptions, making it easy for users to explore, compare, and make confident purchasing decisions.

Checkout page
For the checkout process, I prioritized clarity and ease of use. The design simplifies purchasing by minimizing form fields, enhancing legibility, and guiding users through a calm and straightforward flow.

Result
The final design presents Maybeauty as a modern and thoughtful beauty brand, where visual calm and clarity help build trust and make browsing feel effortless. The interface supports both emotional connection and practical usability, creating a smooth and comfortable e-commerce experience.
